This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent vide proceedings in C.No.777/FC/IS/TINC/13, C.No.222/BIPS/FC/13, dated 07.11.2013 and consequently direct the first and second respondents to permit the petitioner and his people to conduct Muthuramalinga Thevar Jeyanthi Community Festival at Udayarpatti Village. 2.None appears for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.The impugned order is an order passed by the second respondent refused to grant permission for the celebration of Thevar Jeyanthi on 30.10.2013.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous. 5.The impugned order is only rejecting the permission to celebrate the birth anniversary and the date is already over and hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for adjudication.
