This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of the suit in HMOP No.1551/2023 as expeditiously as possible.

2. The notice to the respondent is dispensed with in view of the limited order being passed.

Considering the fact that HMOP has been filed as early as in the year 2023 and counter has not been filed so far by the respondent, there shall be a direction to the Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of the HMOP No.1551/2023 as expeditiously as possible not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
