ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the proceedings of the third respondent dated 05.02.2012 and to direct the respondents to remove his name from the History Sheet list maintained on the file of the third respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the history sheet opened as against the petitioner in H.S.No.117/2008 has been closed on 13.03.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent dated 13.03.2019.

3. In such a view of the matter, recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this writ petition stands closed, as no further order is required to be passed.
