To modify the condition in para.6 imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3681 of 2025 dt. 14.10.2025 and further direct the Judicial Magistrate, Melur to accept the common surety produced by the petitioners.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3681 of 2025 dt. 14.10.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in Para.6 is modified to the effect that "6.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, on condition that each of the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousand only) with single surety each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Melur, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on further conditions that:" The time is extended for 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The other portions of the order remains unaltered.
