Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to set aside the common order made in Cr.M.P.No.5083 & 5084 of 2025 dated 30.10.2025 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai,Madurai District and modify the condition No.(ii).the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m, for a period of 15 days imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.2178 of 2025 dated 09.06.2025 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, Madurai District.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the order in Cr.M.P.No. 5083 & 5084 of 2025 dated 30.10.2025 and to modify the condition No. (ii), imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, Madurai District, in Cr.M.P.No.2178 of 2025 dated 09.06.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the submission made by both side, the petitioner is directed to comply with the order passed by the trial Court and the respondent police shall accept the same and allow the petitioner to comply the said condition imposed by the trial Court in Cr.M.P.No.2178 of 2025 dated 09.06.2025.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 11.11.2025 PJL 2/4
