Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide the Cable TV Signal (cable connection)to the petitioners Cable TV network situated in E.Perumalpatti, Elumalai Post, Madurai District, bearing Enrolment No.LCO 11053 as Local Cable Operator and also to direct the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 24.12.2012 and 06.05.2013.
