Heard both sides.

2.The second respondent is the hereditary trustee of the petition mentioned temple. The petitioner herein has given a complaint against the second respondent. The prayer in the writ petition is that the first respondent should take the same on file, hold enquiry and give disposal. Now that the petitioner has brought it to the notice of the first respondent, it is for the first respondent to take a call. At the instance of a solitary individual, the writ Court will not be justified in issuing any positive direction. The matter is left entirely to the discretion of the first respondent to decide.
