The Writ Petition has been listed before this Court under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of Mr.T.Antony Arulraj, learned counsel, who appeared for the respondents 5 to 7, while disposing of the present writ petitioner on 12.11.2025.

2.However, the name of Mr.T.Antony Arulraj is not reflected in the order of this Court dated 12.11.2025.

3.Therefore, the Registry is now directed to include the name of Mr.T.Antony Arulraj as having appeared for the respondents 5 to 7 in the order of this Court dated 12.11.2025 and to issue fresh order copy to the parties. 2/8

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry based on petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2025 and take necessary action against the respondents 4 to 7 and consequently, direct the respondents 2 and 3 to ensure the peaceful running of the petitioner's gold business in the name and style of "Sree Ragava Jewells" at Santhar Amman Kovil Street, Pudukottai Town.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the representation given by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks. 6/8

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
