(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner has come up with this petition under the guise of public interest litigation seeking a direction to the respondents to cancel the assignment in S.No.184/15 in AR.Mangalam revenue Village in Ramanathapuram District.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. Though the petitioner has mentioned that part of the land has been assigned to some third party in S.No.184/15, he has not produced any such order of assignment. In the absence of the same, it is not possible for us to entertain the writ petition and to grant the relief sought for. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
