ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take appropriate action against the unauthorized construction of commercial building at Anna Nagar, Madurai based on the representations of the petitioners dated 14.12.2012 and 17.12.2012. 2.Since the persons who have constructed the commercial buildings without proper approval from the Madurai Municipal Corporation as alleged by the petitioner, have not been made as party respondents in this writ petition, no direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be issued. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
