ORDER

This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 398 days in representing the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Anbagam, Race Course Road, Madurai, (A/c.No.1012101008800, Canara Bank, Tallakulam Branch, IFSC Code No.CNRB0001012) within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
