ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Manamadurai to issue certified copies of the certain document to the petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in C.C.No.156 of 2025.

2.According to the petitioner, he had initially sought for copies of the final report and FIR in the year 2023 and again on 17/10/2025, the copies have not been issued so far.

3.There is no justifiable reason for the denial of the certified copies of the documents sought for by the petitioner. Hence, the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Manamadurai is directed to consider the copy application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
