ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No. 13148 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD). No. 14413 of 2025 dated 24.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the charge sheet is filed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the charge sheet is filed, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No. 13148 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD). No. 14413 of 2025 dated 24.09.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No. 13148 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD). No. 14413 of 2025 dated 24.09.2025, is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court as and when required.''
