ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.5 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed in C.C.No.1244 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
