ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the impugned F.I.R registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) I.P.C.

2. It is seen that in an earlier quash petition filed by the co-accused in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20788 of 2023, this Court on the basis of the compromise had quashed the F.I.R in its entirety.

3. In view of the same, a separate order need not to be passed in this petition, as the F.I.R has already been quashed. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
