2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents objected to condone the delay. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that he has given up for R1 and R2 and he undertakes to file memo to that effect. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned. on condition that the petitioner is not entitled for interest for the period of delay.
