Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order in No.MSU/R/ESTT/T/SPKCES/2013 passed by the 1st respondent, dated 01.02.2013, quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to place the petitioner's performance based appraisal system proforma before the Selection Committee for Promotion under Career Advance Scheme to the post of Professor and pass such further or other order or orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition and she has made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
