Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner seeks patta in respect of the petition mentioned land. She submitted an application as early as on 09.09.2025. The application was given directly to the District Collector. The District Collector in turn forwarded the same to the RDO, Sivagangai. The RDO, Sivagangai is directed to conclude enquiry and pass final order on the petitioner's application for issuance of patta. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. Such an order will be passed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
