PRAYER :- This petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the respondents 4 to 6, an enquiry is pending and the same would be completed within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that the petitioner cannot be harassed in the guise of enquiry. The respondents 2/4

police may issue summons, if the petitioner's appearance is required.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
