This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 30.06.2025 made in I.A.No.3 of 2023 in IDOP.No.305 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel on either side that the matter has been settled between the parties amicably and a settlement agreement, dated 03.02.2026, was also made between them. They would therefore pray this Court that the Civil Revision Petition may be closed, in terms of the settlement agreement entered between the parties. 4.The settlement agreement, dated 03.02.2026, is reproduced herein below:- 2/6

5.In view thereof, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed, in terms of the settlement agreement dated 03.02.2026. The settlement agreement, dated 03.02.2026, shall be read as part and parcel of this Order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
