This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Family Court, Madurai to dispose of the case pending in H.M.O.P.No.729 of 2021 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief that is being granted, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The HMOP has been filed as early as in the year 2021 and the same has been kept pending for more than four years, beyond the statutory period. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.729 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible, however, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
