The writ petitioner was placed under suspension on account of a criminal case registered against him with reference to the private dispute between him and the neighbour. Subsequently, the said criminal case ended with acquittal. Thereafter, the order of suspension has been revoked and the writ petitioner has also been reinstated in service. This being the factum, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.
