ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents Nos.1 and 2 to remove the Electric Transformer located in front of the petitioner's residence situated at 7-1-25, Anna Nagar, Madurai Main Road, Opposite to CSI Church, Batlagundu, Dindigul District and relocate the same in any other place and remove over-head electricity lines above or across the petitioner's residence at 7-1-25, Anna Nagar, Madurai Main Road, Opposite to CSI Church, Batlagundu, Dindigul District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.According to the petitioner, there is an electric transformer in front of his house and over-head electricity lines

are passing over and acrossing his house. He made a representation to the respondents on 07.11.2013 to remove the electric transformer and relocate the same in some other place. The respondents did not pass any orders. Therefore, he has come out with the present writ petition for the above stated relief. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the Electric Transformer is not in front of the petitioner's house and it is only in the National Highways and it is noway hindrance to the petitioner.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Highways Department has requested the respondents to shift the transformer to some other place. Based on their request, the respondents are trying to shift the transformer in front of his house.

5.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that they are shifting the Transformer and erecting in front of petitioner's house.

6.In the above circumstances, the respondents are directed to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner in the light of submissions made by counsel for respondents. 7.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
