ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents Nos.1 and 2 to issue the extract of correlation register in respect of survey No.32/1 Thullukutty Naickanur Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District to the petitioner, as per his application dated 26.10.2013. 2.Though the writ petition is filed for a larger relief, seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.1 and 2 to issue the extract of correlation register in respect of survey No.32/1 Thullukutty Naickanur Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District to the petitioner as per his application dated 26.10.2013, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the course of his argument, restricted his relief for issuing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction to the second respondent, to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 26.10.2013.

3.In view of the same, this Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
