O R D E R

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the second respondent to re-post the Petitioner as Headmaster in Hindu Primary School, Munthalapuram, Virudhunagar District. 2.However, even at the time of filing of the present Writ Petition the Petitioner was aged about 57 years and now, he would be aged about 65 years. This being the factum of the case, the question of re-posting the Petitioner as Headmaster would not arise. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this Writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
