ORDER

The petitioner seeks to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.196 of 2024 on the file of the third respondent to any other investigating agency.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been now completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi.

3.Since the investigation has been completed, there is no question of transferring the investigation.
