ORDER

The petitioner seekss a direction to the first respondent to take action as against the second respondent based on complaint dated 28.10.2025 and direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the fourth respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by one Muthunayaki, who is fourth respondent herein, an enquiry is pending and the same would be completed within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that the petitioner cannot be harassed in the guise of enquiry. The respondents police may issue summons, if the petitioner's appearance is required.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is 2/4
