ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the Impugned Order dated 18.05.2011, issued by the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is reported to be dead.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed, granting liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to approach the authority afresh, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
