O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to remove the High Voltage line crossing the petitioner's house and site in S.No.112/2A and S.No.112/1 admeasuring 1382 Sq.Ft situated at Thiruppuvanam, Nelmudikarai and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to laid the same through main road without giving hindrance to the houses based on the petitioner's representation, dated 25.07.2013 and 04.09.2013.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents.

3.Though the writ petition is filed for a larger relief, seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to remove High Voltage Line crossing petitioner's house, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the course of his argument, restricted his relief for issuing a direction to the fourth respondent, to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 04.09.2013. 4.In view of the same, this Court directs the petitioner to give fresh representation to the fourth respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. No costs.

5.With the above direction, the Writ petition is disposed of.
