ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to cancel the excommunication impugned order passed by the first respondent Jamath on 04.09.2013 and considering the petitioner representation, dated 19.09.2013. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner informed him orally that there is no excommunication as on today. The said representation is recorded. 3.Recording the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
