This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the second respondent to cancel the Deed of Inam Settlement, registered at the third respondent Sub Registrar Office, as Doc.No.3480/13 dated 24.09.2013 by the fourth respondent in favour of the fifth and sixth respondents, by considering the petitioner's representation to the second respondent dated 26.10.2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties.

3. It is seen that the case is of the year 2013 and no steps have been taken so far to serve the sixth respondent. Hence, this writ petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief, if so required. No costs.
