PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2025 seeking allotment of free house site patta to the petitioner within a reasonable time as may be stipulated by this court.

ORDER
The petitioner states that he had applied for free house site patta and his name was included in the beneficiary list issued by the second respondent at Sl.No.2 for Kadachanendhal Village. The petitioner seeks an early response to the representation.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the second respondent would consider and pass orders on the request of the petitioner for a free house site patta within three months.
3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's request for a free house site patta within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
