PRAYER: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order of direction in the nature of writ to call for the entire proceedings with regarding to the appointment of the 6th Respondent in TEXCO/301/ Recruitment/Posting ordered, dated 13.05.2013 passed by the 1st Respondent quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 1st to 5th respondent to continue with the petitioner service for the post of Head Security Guard in the 5th Respondent office with continuity of service along with service and monetary benefit.
