ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.
2.The petitioner admits that she leased out the petition mentioned land in favour of the fourth respondent. The petitioner's allegation is that the fourth respondent is illegally running a brick kiln Unit. The petitioner is constrained to move this Court because the petitioner's son was penalized for the alleged activity of the fourth respondent. I do not want to go into these factual controversies. The petitioner has given a representation on 25.10.2025 in this regard.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate on written instructions submitted that a license to run the unit had already been issued by the Assistant Director of Geology and Mining in favour of Siva Kumar, who is none other than the son of the fourth respondent. It is open to the petitioner herein to obtain further materials in this regard and challenge the grant of license in the manner known to law.
