Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in Memorandum No.004130/Ni.Pi-4/Oo-3/Ko.Pa.Pa/2011-2 dated 31.03.2011 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the Respondent No.2 to disburse the balance amount to the tune of Rs.1,782/- in addition to the refund of the recovered amount to the tune of Rs.1,124/-with interest to the petitioner within a time stipulated.
