2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in order dated 11.11.2025, in paragraph No.4, 4th line instead of sixth respondent, direction has been given to the first respondet to consider the representation of the petitioner. Hence, requested this Court to correct the same and issue a fresh order copy.
3. On perusal of the order dated 11.11.2025, this Court is satisfied that the direction has to be given to the sixth respondent instead of first respondent and directs the Registry to delete the word "first" and substitute the same with "sixth" in paragraph No.4, 4th line of the order dated 11.11.2025 and also renumber the paragraphs. Registry is further directed to issue a fresh order copy.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the sixth respondent School to provide employment to the petitioner on compassionate ground in any one of the sanctioned vacancies in the School with all consequential benefits.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's father served as Junior Assistant in the sixth respondent 6/9
school and he died on 29.05.2003. Thereafter, the petitioner approached the sixth respondent school by way of a representation dated 11.01.2023 seeking compassionate employment and the same was returned indicating that there was no vacancy. He would further submit that a vacancy is now available in the sixth respondent school and that he again submitted a representation dated 08.06.2024 seeking compassionate employment, which has not been considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. The notice to the sixth respondent is dispensed with in view of the limited order being passed.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioner made a representation dated 08.06.2024 seeking compassionate employment on the vacancy is available in the sixth respondent school, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 11.11.2025 tta TO
