ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed for direction to transfer the enquiry in the petitioner's complaint dated 21.07.2025 pending on the file of the second respondent to the file of the Inspector of Police, Thittagudi Police Station, Cuddalore District and to take further action in accordance with law.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.
3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with direction to the second respondent to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
