This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 2 to 4 herein in Ward C Block 21, T.S.No. 63 in Woriyur, Tiruchirappalli City Municipal Corporation in accordance with law. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 states that there is a dispute between the petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondents 2 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent also confirmed the same. Therefore, the said dispute cannot fall under a case of encroachment.
4.Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
