ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of Resurvey No.198/3, measuring an extent of 16 cents in Killiyur Village in Vilavancodu Taluk, Kanyakumari District. 2.In the light of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner before this Court, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the second respondent along with all the documents for issuance of patta, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

3.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
