ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondents 4 and 5 based on the complaint in CSR No.717 of 2025 dated 25.10.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
