Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct proper enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint dated 04.06.2025 and his representation dated 18.09.2025 and 22.10.2025 in accordance with law within a stipulated time period. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct proper enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint dated 04.06.2025 and his representations dated 18.09.2025 and 22.10.2025 in accordance with law within a stipulated time period.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent Police to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
