ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed as against the interim order dated 16.04.2025 passed by this court in WMP(MD)No.7929 of 2025 in WP(MD)No.10662 of 2025.

2.When this contempt petition was taken up for hearing on 12.12.2025 it was reported that a petition to vacate the interim order was filed. Therefore, this court directed to list the contempt petition along with the vacate stay petition. Accordingly, the vacate stay petition is listed today. However, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks a short accommodation. 3.Since the learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready, this contempt petition is closed.
