ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.76 of 2025 from the file of the 3rd respondent to the second respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner seeks transfer of investigation from the file of the third respondent to the file of the second respondent, the petitioner would be satisfied if the investigation is monitored by the second respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection for the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct investigation in an unbiased manner and the investigation shall be monitored by the second respondent.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
