O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to provide employment to the petitioner on compassionate grounds consequent to the death of the petitioner's father by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2025 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already benefited by an order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.779 of 2019 dated 11.01.2019, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner dated 12.09.2025 in line with the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.779 of 2019 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
