ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to initiate criminal action in compliance with the order passed in W.P.No.5399 of 2024 dated 23.04.2024 and the circular issued by the Commissioner of Revenue Administration in Lr.No.RA5(3)/17167/2022 dated 13.06.2024, against the petitioner's maternal uncles, namely (1) Vijayakumar, (2) Rajendran, (3) Jeganathan, and (4) Ravichandran, for allegedly obtaining a false legal heirship certificate by suppressing material facts.
2. On a perusal of the materials available on record, it appears that the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy before the concerned Judicial Magistrate to redress the grievance raised.
