The writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation, dated 25.04.2013, pertaining to issue of patta in his favour to the property, measuring 0.37.5 Hectares comprised in S.No.951/1 in Thevaram in Uthamapalayam Taluk in Theni District. 2.The first respondent is not the authority to issue patta, hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Tahsildar for issuance of patta along with all the documents. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
