ORDER

Even on the hearing date on 10.11.2025, we had noted that the brother of the detenue had gone over to the address of the fourth respondent and had met the detenue and his niece/daughter of the petitioner and also had produced a photograph.

2. Today the detenue along with the child had been produced before us. She is very firm that she would reside at Chennai and not at the marital house. The child is with her.

3. Since the detenue is not under illegal confinement of any individual, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. (C.V.K., J.) (R.V., J.) 12.11.2025 2/4
