ORDER

The petitioners seek a direction to the respondents Police to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.05.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed on 10.10.2025.

3. Recording the said submission, the third respondent Police is directed to serve the closure report on the petitioners forthwith. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
