ORDER
The petitioner seeks to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.2360 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, which was registered under Section 151 Cr.P.C.
2. It is alleged in the said FIR that the petitioner was arrested on suspicion that he is likely to commit a cognizable offence. It is now reported that the respondent had dropped further action as the petitioner did not intend to commit any offence.
3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is needless to say that no stigma shall be attached to the petitioner on account of the registration of the above FIR as admittedly no offence has been detected by the respondent.
