2. The petitioner has given complaint before the respondent authorities. He wants this Court to direct them to conduct enquiry and give a disposal.

3. The persons against whom the complaint has been lodged, have not been impleaded as parties. In any event, the complaint also is rather bald and vague. The authorities are cognizant of the matter. It is for them to take a call and decide the next course of action. No positive direction can be issued at the instance of a solitary individual. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
